this washer machine by far is the worst. it does not drain the water correctly. also, it doesn't clean well especially if you have a pet, your pet hair will stay on your clothes. i will not advise anyone to buy it. i was told this washer machine is not made for me. i think it's not made for anyone.

i bought this washer in feb of this year and of course, did not purchase the warranty. this washer has never worked right from the moment that we brought it home. the "quick" cycle that tells you it will take 30 minutes takes more like 2 -1/2 hours. my water bill has tripled since buying this washing machine since you can not preset the load size and it's constantly filling with water, then draining, then filling with water again and this cycle repeats over and over. i am so frustrated with this product that i am literally willing to give the thing away. save yourself the money and frustration that this pile of crap is going to cause you!!!

Great Washer!

i love this washer. i am so glad it has the easy reach tub. but admittedly i still find myself on my tip toes to reach those lone socks at the bottom. the huge drum fits all my bulky bedding and towels. i have only had unbalanced problems 3 times and it was when i first washed large towel loads. i was amazed at all the options and features it has!

Worst experience ever

after spending so much money on a washer and dryer, samsung tried to deliver used appliances to my home. the washer and dryer both arrived out of the box and barely wrapped in clear plastic. i declined the delivery and had to call samsung to re-order my appliances to be delivered in the box. my initial order was placed on november 4th and it's now november 23rd and i still don't have my appliances. although it was their error samsung refused to work with me to allow me a sooner delivery date but instead insist on delivering my appliances on december 1st. considering there's a virus out there i would prefer not to go to a public laundromat. and to make matters worse they are not flexible with delivery.

Frustrating - Wouldn't Recommend

i bought this top load washing machine because i wanted to be able to presoak my items. putting cleaning agents in with the presoak. however, you can't do that. not without having the clothing in the washing machine first. then it also doesn't allow enough water in the machine to distribute the additive correctly. because you also cannot control how much water is in the tub. it is pointless to buy instead of a front loader because it acts exactly the same. i'm so disappointed and wish i had never purchased.

wow! i just love this machine! it is quiet and works great for our needs. there are a lot of functions and love you can program it to start tasing later (helps when you have an emergency suddenly pop up), i love the sound when it gets done. beats our old one.
